We take your privacy seriously.

For the health and safety of our clients, we maintain records of your contact details and any health or medical conditions which may indicate that a particular service or treatment should not go ahead (e.g allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions) or a particular product should not be used (e.g products containing nuts, fish oils etc).

These health records are not used for any other purpose. Client records are held securely within our clinic software system and can only be seen by members of staff. By making an appointment you consent to us maintaining such records whilst you are a client.

When you make a purchase online via our store or in person in our clinic, records of that transaction are used by the payment gateway, ie Stripe/ PayPal/ Eftpos machine. Calming Concepts does not keep records of the cards used in these transactions. If you have a dispute of any charges, please bring them to our attention to verify or contact your bank.
