What is the Calm Club membership?
Calm Club is Calming Concepts' monthly massage membership designed to make regular self-care simple and affordable. Members receive a monthly massage credit, priority booking access, and exclusive member-only perks — all for a fixed monthly fee that works out significantly cheaper than paying per session.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes — we understand that life gets busy. You can pause your membership if you need a break, and cancellations can be made with notice as per our membership terms. We never want you to feel locked in — Calm Club is designed to be flexible enough to work around your life.
What happens if I don't use my massage credit one month?
Your monthly credit rolls over so you never lose it. If things get hectic and you miss a month, your credit will be waiting for you when you're ready to book. We want every member to get full value from their membership.
Can I use my membership credit for any treatment?
Your monthly credit can be applied to any of our standard massage treatments, including the Perfect Pressure, Hot Stone, and Pregnancy Massage. Some premium add-ons may be at an additional cost — your therapist will always let you know before your session.
Can I share my membership with a partner or family member?
Calm Club memberships are individual, but we do offer couples membership options. If you'd like to share the benefits with someone special, get in touch and we'll find the best option for you both.
Is there a joining fee or lock-in contract?
There's no lock-in contract and no joining fee, however we do have a waiting period of four weeks before you can redeem your first massage. You simply pay weekly and enjoy the additional benefits from day one. It really is that straightforward — because self-care shouldn't come with fine print.
