Booking Policy and Procedure.

Calming Concepts are no longer taking deposits to secure your online booking, instead we have updated our booking software to allow you to save your credit card securely on file to be used ONLY in the case of a late cancellation or no-show to your appointment.
Your card will NOT be charged unless our Cancellation Policy applies.
Cancellation fees are now 50% of the value of the service. This is to protect our staff from No-Shows and to value their time and efforts to prepare a beautiful and enjoyable space for you to relax. 
During Online Booking you will be prompted to “log in” using your Australian mobile number. This is how we confirm your identity and to protect your card against fraudulent use. No need for sign ups or passwords.

You are then required to enter your credit card details and click a box named 'Save card for future payments'.
Please note: If you have a future appointment you will not be able to remove your saved card, as a safe-guard for our staff, however as always, I am human and I understand things come up so please get in touch if you cannot attend your appointment.

Cancellation/Rescheduling is permitted no later than 48hrs prior to appointment time. After this time, fees may apply and it is then at the discretion of the clinic to be able to reschedule you.

Cancellations within 24 hours or missing your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the booking.

If you find you are unable to attend your appointment at short notice, please contact the clinic as soon as possible or send someone in your place to take up the same treatment you have booked.
